 Born and raised in the Greater Seattle Area, our two founders' unique joint interests and expertise in real estate development, acquisitions and brokerage utilize their combined experience to build high-quality boutique residential communities in the greater Puget Sound area.  Staying true to their roots, they share a passion to better our communities by promoting community and producing high-quality residential homes.  

Liberty Investments offers services that revolve around missing middle housing types, which include townhomes, cottages, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, and accessory dwelling units. They specialize in custom built homes within housing developments, leveraging their extensive experience in land development, construction, and real estate.
